@@whitehatrealty ATS happy trails is a normal Society like others, ATS Brand factor is missing ....I live there and witnessed Maintenance is average and builder used nonstandard fittings , tiles & Even doors are of poor quality nothing is special like the ATS projects usually builds....Quality is compromised ! But price even there is rising like the other projects of sector.....2BHK cost around 1.2 Cr which is crossing 11k rate.

pre launch price was 6800 persqft around (nov-dec2024) at present its going for 8000-8500 persqft. If builder is quoting you 9k then please excuse this project as there are much better projects from more reputed builder and that too on much closer vicinity to the 130 m road eg Eldeco, Elite X, even fusion brooke is better. as Now starting 2024 only well reputed builders and Brands would be getting better appriciation as the FOMO is lower now.

Irish Platinum came with better layouts/Planning if compared to other projects nearby. Elite,Eldeco,Fusion Brookes layout are not that Good and loading is high and also number of Towers are also high. Definately old project Ratan perals was not a Good project , But there recent project Irish pearls is nice project considering the price at which it was sale.

@@arshsingal65 Mahagun was a Big brand name but from past few years there delivery and projects are stuck....There Sector 150 project is one of the example .Even sector-12 project RERA is stuck from past few months ,Came to knowdue to some dues pending towards authority ....but looks now soon RERA is expected.
