Steve steve improves core strength and low body endurance that enables one to hold off a scrum so it doesn't collapse and cause injury to front rows

Be an Overcomer lol, you what? How do plyometrics improve core strength? It’s for lower body power and elasticity. It’s not for endurance either but I suppose if you become more elastic, you’ll improve movement economy

Has nothing to do with low body endurance. Plyometrics/jumping build explosive power which is obviously important for a forward during pretty much all aspects of the game
