I litterally ran into Lugh. He more or less called me. Not trough words but through very strong emotions. I was a really aggressive child. I found my way to cope with my agressions through Art and crafts. When He called me first, i didn't emediatly notice. But just a few months later He more or less kicked me in my ass and shouted in my face. Since then i tried to bond with him stronger. Its ups and downs. One time he is right there by my side, and the next day it feels like He says "Yep, I'm through that shit myself, had to learn it. So do you." He is a little bit like a notoriously absent father. Sometimes He guides and sometimes He pushes me to my limits, letting me figure it out all on my own. But for me He is a gread teacher and in all the ways a manyskilled god. A really firery and ADHD jumpy God.

I worked with Lugh when I was a baby pagan. Years later I had a long atheist phase, but when I came back to Paganism it was An Mórrígan who wanted my full attention. I journeyed to see Lugh and he pretty much said he is stepping aside and I needed to focus on the Queen. I have since entered into a relationship with An Dagda Mór and I feel he protected me when things were dire health wise and with his power over life and death, he withheld death from me.

I am so happy to hear you say how more than one god or goddess May come around curious to know you.

Interesting and thought provoking stuff as a ever mo cara. These things should be understood as a method and not a dogma.

A few years ago I was called by Brigid and planned on sticking with Her. I was planning on primarily working with the Scottish Bride. In my first journey with Lora she told me to focus more on local herb lore where I live and less on Irish lore. And yet I feel like the Dagda is asking to meet me. So I went to meet Him during a different journey with Lora and Brigid told me to wait. She has a task for me and doesn't want me distracted. Everything Brigid tells me is to keep me on task. My ADHD self has never had such follow-through before. But I guess I'm an Irish pagan despite that not specifically being the plan

I believe the Dagda is Brighid’s father. He may wish to know you very much for this reason.

@@mariaceciliaparrales2153 totally, but She asked me to wait so I will. If I stay on track I'll be able to meet Him before the end of the summer.

I love that you say she's keeping you on track. Same with me and my squirrel brain (Oooo shiny nut here! Shiny nut there! What's over here?!!?). I'm looking to no other gods & goddesses for now and won't until I receive some indication that should change. I also learned recently that it's not wise to forget She is a goddess, despite how amiable She can be. I have such love and gratitude for Brigid, but I really screwed up and pissed Her off (entirely my own fault). She hammered me good. Best just to follow through and listen when She has something to tell you.

That is very spot on! Thank you! Could you please talk about Nuada and Fionn some time? I'm very interested in how they are viewed in Ireland now and what are your thoughts on them - cause I don't know many practitioners who work these two. Personally, I'm very drawn to both. Thank you:)

I always thought Lugh was one of the more patient deities. Man was I wrong. I'll have to read more of his lore.
