My ex and I used to always go to the Nola Jazz festival in any case Irma Thomas invited us to her place uptown one day, in 1985, and we were the only white persons in the club it didn't matter we all have so much fun I walked up to the bar to get myself a drink and my ex looked at me like are you out of your mind, and I said of course I'm out of my mind I married you didn't I? In any event I got back to the table because he's two gentlemen we're trying to run me drinks and I was with the ex and all I could think about when I came back was The Blues Brothers and when they're sitting down at this table and three black gentleman come up and say to them we want to dance with your wives. Good time at that Nola Jazz Fest
