What equip does the wizzard wear? Is he using Kiel Card his after Cast is really Low and he is spamming the skills Like crazy

Didn't watch watch the video much but they are using bragi it lowers after cast delay and make casting faster he could also wear a kiel card though on top of that

No Kiel card, high dex high int with bragi - the bragi is likely 120-140 int with 100 dex, rest vit in the build (assuming cause I actually don't remember, and not my character lol)

What is skill is that to defeat einthwein

Counter instinct, it's a skill similar to a paladin's shield reflect that stalkers can get. The equips the stalker is wearing gives it a higher reflect % than a paladin, I think around 70%. When you Eske a monster it deals more damage to you, therefore you reflect even more damage as well. Stalker is wearing battleground armor set (3x more from monsters) and some headgear that makes it take more damage also
