Obviously, Fallen Protect Manteau is better than Arabian Manteau. If you can afford it, you should get one.
For Crystal Blade Necklace, it needs to be compared with a specific accessory. I have compared it with Ring of Jupiter and it is somewhat weaker. However, it is stronger than Ring of Silver Claw provided that you have enough cri rate.
Remark: You can't use Aura Blade and switch Crystal Blade Necklace out because its effect will disappear.

+12 Booster Shoes vs +12 Nameless boots w/out boss egnigem, which one does higher damage? I dont have budget for boss egnigem so Im trying to figure out which one deals better

Nameless boots need the card to be powerful, so in your case, Booster Shoes would be better. Anyhow, the boots does not need only Boss Egnigem Card, but Sealed B Ygnizem, which is cheaper, also works, provided that you can afford it.
