FCT Garment (-0.5s) or can use MCT (-0.3s) since Fafnir helm secretly gives -0.2s. My new build has 0s VCT, but has 0.3s FCT - this allows me to use RK1 garment with the new RK upper stones. The cast bar allows me to spam.

0.3s fct is ok if you have fafnir helm (helm is highly recommended). Otherwise you'll need 0.5s. -VCT is from INT/DEX (both stats also contribute to DB dmg@@mrred1641
