IRobot Braava 380T - Failure 01

Newly bought IRobot Braava 380T.
Kept failing even trying the troubleshooting methods recommended on IRobot website.
Worst of all, seller is reluctant to help with the return.

6 blinking red alarm. looks like that cleaning clothes youre using somehow make diffcult the robot mobility. Put the original clothes and check if the problem persists.

I bought Rumba and Brava both. Brava worked fine for 6 months but now having the same issue as shown in the video. They don't have any local support in the US. Tired me, called customer service but no help. No clue what to do lol!

Yes, mine is now broken too! It worked for 6 months, now is broken. I have called customer care and they are not helping much. I don't think this is a very good product. I want to throw it out but too expensive!

Happened to me too. I have not used it since this summer and when I try to use it today I had the same issue as in this video so I called customer service and they told me that I needed to replace the braava but my warranty expired in the summer. Bc I was not using it very much I was not aware that it had a problem and now I have an almost new device in my home that is not working properly.

I have the problem i regret buying it. Fully charged and stops working after 5 minutes flashing red, also it has a problem with sensor. Do not recommend it to anyone.

There is a problem with a bumper, it can't release normaly when it pushed in. You can loose 4 screws at braava's bottom and it may help.

You, sir, are a genius! I recently replaced the wheels on my 5 year old machine and overtightened the screws a little. Loosened them a half-turn and now back in business. THANK YOU!😎

I had problems with the battery packs, I replaced them with a custom mod and that seemed to fix the problem.

i have 2 they work great for a while but once they start faulting they suck and the company does not fix them they suck also i dont recommend these to anyone

I have a similar problem and dont know how to solve it !! . Also, I can not send it back for refund because I am leaving outside the USA and it will cost me very high.

Put in fresh batteries before i made this video. Anyway set is shipped back to seller and till now no response. I guess I got scammed.

Não comprem!!! Tenho um iRobot Braava 308T... uma porcaria, não comprem. A bateria dura muito pouco e logo pifa. Uma nova custa 600,00 e se pifar e mandar para manutenção são 300,00 só para analisar. Comprei outra bateria e também durou muito pouco. Hoje em dia deve ter similar melhor... pesquisem nos comentários antes, inclusive no RECLAME AQUI
