IRobot Braava 380T - Failure 02

Newly bought IRobot Braava 380T.
Kept failing even trying the troubleshooting methods recommended on IRobot website.
Worst of all, seller is reluctant to help with the return.

The one of the wheels is slipping on the surface. You would be able to see it looking at the wheels from the side. Might need a new tires. Hope it helps...
