Your list says the series 670 won’t run on either networks? Does this mean it’s obsolete now?

Well, not necessarily: Most 5G routers do have the option to split and offer an additional 2.4 GHz network. You could try to connect the device and your phone with the app to that one (they need to be on the same one). May be a little tedious to figure out the 2.4 GHz option on the router, but all other devices can still run on the 5G network without problems.
