1:14 the way i gasped in reminiscence, bacalhau is one of my most favourite fish. and although tedious and precise the preparation is the most fun part. can’t ever find the correct one in the uk since moving so we always have it imported from portugal and since it’s not the easiest thing it’s usually only for occasions, like new year and such. i would love to see you make ‘bacalhau com nata’ my favourite Portuguese dish! and loved your Portuguese pronunciations sir haha 🫶
