I’m 25 right now, my father and I were the complete opposite of close.. Until 2021. These videos have made me realize (to myself) that no matter what happened in the past, he is the only father I have and I need to see him more often. I am so honored to have eaten at your restaurant in Toronto. My boyfriend took me there on my birthday and it was without exaggeration totally life changing!! You were there that night so we did the chef's special where you cooked a bunch of dishes that weren't even on the menu. I ate things that my palette had never tasted before. Cosmic chef irony, here in NYC, I've met plenty of chef who've won awards, and still eat like pigs and don't cook anything crazy at home.
