I love how he doesn't make a habit of just hating on fast food. He criticizes these places calmly and fair. He gets his opinion across in such a subtle way that how could anyone get mad at it. He's just being honest. Lot of people could take notes from this great guy.

True, I love in and out and I actually agreed with him on the burger. The last time I had in and out the Pattie’s were like paper thin even for a double. I felt like I was eating a vegan burger. I’m not judging in and out as a whole just for this specific moment because the last time I had in and out years prior to this I remember it being delicious so it was kind of disappointing for the first time having in and out again in years and it’s not like I’m never going back, I definitely will be back to in and out soon 😅

He's from somewhere that places like In N Out don't exist so he's used to eating a different type of food. It's not necessarily because he's accustom to higher grade food, just not familiar with this kind of food. Iron Chef Michael Symon says one of his favorite spots in LA is Pinks for a chili dog. I bet his dad here would give Pinks a 3/10 and say it's far too salty and way too greasy lol. Some of the highest respect chefs in the world love certain fast food. Dunno if his dad would give above a 5/10 to any fast food, not American style any ways.
