As well as, would he ever consider teaching various aspects of cooking (ie. how to chop onions well, how he cooks his favorite meals, and what he does to learn how to cook new things/where he goes to learn)? He seems like a great teacher and it would be great to get his advice if he's willing to give it more concisely in a Q&A or video series. Thanks!

I remember us junior chefs would go to Susur whenever we could afford it and tells stories of how great the food was and get inspired. I literally spent my salary and Susur and don’t regret it one bit (would you complain about tuition at Oxford?). I am not surprised of any great transformation from Chef Lee, after years of dining and cooking. I think a good chef makes a dish delicious, but a great chef makes a dish/experience unforgettable. Great videos btw. Keep em coming.
