I have the official hasbro legend class warpath and I remaded him to Megatron.Im proud of it,beacuse he was Megatron repaint/rettol.

I wonder if there's upscaled versions of most of iron factory's stuff, their ultra magnus and warpath def would be cool if made bigger.

There is of a few...it's not very good. Iron factory works because it understands the scale it's working at. Blow it up to standard scale, and you get a lot of stupid blemishes that makes them look ugly.

Most MMC and modern Hasbro figures are already great. I don't see the need for upscaled IF.
