cool video! I'm thinking about running Iron Fist/Hulk/Doom! Do you think those two would synergize well with IF? Cause i think hulk anti-air assist would help iron fist out with characters coming at him in the air and doom plasma beam would help cover IF's horizontal movement. I mean idk cause i don't have the game yet but I've always played hulk so i really want someone on point that also has a good dhc into hulk which i think he has with the volcano and the fists of fury!

Hell yes! This tech is so sick!! I'm a huge Iron Fist fan after reading The New Avengers an I was extremely excited to see him and Hawkeye. I want to use Danny but I was afraid he'd get zoned too hard but these half screen mix ups are dirty. I can't wait to get my hands on him, he has all the right tools and demonic speed.

I haven't been playing IF in matches that much, so I might be wrong about this, but my first reaction to jumping opponents would be either f+H as an antiair which can be jump cancelled into a combo, or his qcb+C rekka (upkicks). 2. This one's pretty tough. Iron Fist doesn't have any sort of air presence, so guessing right is pretty much your only option for airthrow resets. I'm no IF expert though, check out what people are posing in the IF thread in Shoryuken.

At first I thought Danny was a bad character because of his special only hitting standing/crumpling opponents and lack of air options. But now I realize hes just supposed to be played differently then most characters. @ShinigamiMasta No, the blue chi doesn't come out at range 0. The f+H does the throw. Its just a proof of concept. I'll let better players than me figure out what to do with this. :)

Why would you kara st.H in a blockstring into a chi? St.H is +0 on block by itself but if you kara the chi it becomes unsafe. Even though you can absorb a hit its hardly helpful since the opponent has more than enough time to attack you twice before you recover. The only thing you can do is super as soon you absorb the hit but if its blocked you will lose a lot of health.

@ShinigamiMasta I recorded the f+H xx qcb+L xx Blue Chi since my timing was inconsistent. It caused a throw at 0 range. What happens is that when you do a f + Heavy attack next to the opponent with any character it throws them. Your H normal doesn't come out at all since the throw is 0 frame. In this case, Iron Fist is cancelling the f+H just past the starting frames, so that the move doesn't hit but when you do it next to the opponent, the starting frames are enough to cause a throw.
