Hi ✌️ sure. If you don't have the whole day for Training ....then knuckle Push-Ups and bare hand punching bag is enough... It will check all the boxes...like... Conditioning, technique, alignment ( of the arm )... and ... it will leave you with time that you can use to practice or learn other important things....working on footwork, timing, sparring, exploring other arts...grappling ...Weapons.... Or watching netflix .... 😅🍻

I Don't think a lot can be done specially without.... firearms and the necessary manpower...✌️ A lot depends on what , where ,and when.... of your area... Sadly not a lot can be done about that either... If one has the resources... selecting where you live and what measures you take well in advance is much more useful....than Thinking about fighting a crowd... ✌️

Regular...gym training will get the job done... You'll get big and strong ✌️ Strength & Hypertrophy training are not different things...at least for a very long time.. Later on when one reaches really advanced levels after years of training.... then strongmen and bodybuilders are different ✌️

I would suggest you to workout at least 45 min a day 5 or 6 days a week and proper diet containing protein carbs and fibre and nutrients For Hypertrophy I would suggest you 8 to 12 reps and 3 sets of each workout Day 1: Chest and Triceps Day 2: Back and Biceps Day 3: Shoulders Day 4: leg Day 5:rest Take rest of 1 to 2min between each sets and try to lift heavy but no ego lifting Stay on natural died and whey protein if you want
