This was a special production they did for Bruce's "farewell" show in 1993. But he made a few amazing solo albums and returned to Maiden six years later. The guy with the saw was some famous illusionist who did all kinds of gory tricks for this video, including Bruce's "death" at the end of the show.

This concert marked the beginning of the "dark ages" for Maiden. Bruce was just plain spent and done with being in the band, and his performances were not up to his usual standard of excellence. You have now seen the worst of Bruce's time in the band. Please keep doing Maiden - thought you were done with them.

The Simon drake show isn’t as good as other maiden concerts, near the end it seems like they aren’t really playing because when Janick rubs his guitar against the wall the sound is over a second out, it’s the concert where they kill off Bruce at the end and have stooges in the audience, it’s worth the watch but it’s one of their poorer shows
