Iron Maiden are a force of nature. In 1984, I was in eighth grade and came home from school and turned on MTV. The video for "2 Minutes to Midnight" came on and changed my life forever.

@@James-hh1lq When I look at it now - getting Adrian back in Maiden was just as a important for them going forward. It's probably no surprise that if you line up all of the tracks written by Adrian, Bruce, and Janick since 1999 there's simply no comparison.

Maiden fans are the best! I've seen Maiden 36 times and it's always like a family reunion. The best band in the world with the nicest, most loyal and passionate fans. Can't wait to see them again in August in US! Went to 6 shows in Europe last year and that sure as hell isn't enough.

Btw.. since you guys are in S.FL, did you know the drummer Nico McBrain has a restaurant called Rock n Roll Ribs in Deerfield / Pompano area? He lives in the area too, when they're not touring. His restaurant is a local Mecca for Maiden fans.. they do live music events sometimes too.

I read somewhere that was 350.000 people's on concert, one of the best rock in rio ever, and greatest comeback in history of music, maiden after a years together again and playing and recording, those years for me are something because of this freaking band, thay start to play again with Bruce and Smith, i listened brawe new world like 1ooooooooo times on repeat

South America is huuuuuuge on the Maiden. Idk what it is about Europe and South America, but their metal is still alive and kickin in a way that I just don't see in the U.S.. I've got a GREAT #painintheask for you guys. German power metal grand daddies Blind Guardian. "Thorn" or "And the story ends" are just brilliant songs. The guys are classically trained musicians and it shows in their songs in such a beautiful way. True modern bards! (The Bards song is also a beautiful jam from them...) Love you two. I was 11 years old and I used to live quite close to the place the concert was and I could hear from miles. it was crazy for a 11 year old boy, the recently discovered metal, to know there were band at that time that could make sign that loud. So nostalgic

saw this show twice, Mansfield Mass and Portland Maine 8/5 and 8/8 2000... of all the Maiden shows this is my favorite.. the combination of setlist and energy of Bruce and Adrian being back is unbeatable … the sign of the cross, and the clansman are the highlights … they couldn't do Bruce on the cross in Rio as part of the show... but they did in the states... it was AWESOME

I don't mind so long as it is not impacting his performance guitar wise. Otherwise it is fun to watch him enjoy himself. When he first joined I hated him and could not understand why they give him the gig. I understand a little bit better now. Would love to have a beer with him.

I am trying to keep them open but I find that I hear less that way. Musically my eyes are a complete distraction because my brain has to focus on watching, understanding and listening. It is very hard intellectual work but I am trying to change it. When I was a a little girl taking music lessons, performing and taking exams, my teachers would blindfold me before I was to perform or be tested. They said that if I couldn't play it without looking than I didn't deserve to be on the bench. I hated it at the time but truly saw the value. As I got older and became a concert pianist and music teacher, before a concert my teachers would blindfold me. It actually became a joke because I never performed or took tests with my eyes open. Once we remove the visual distractions, the other senses go into hyperdrive. It turned out to be a huge musical gift and still to this day when I sit down to play..... my eyes close. It's very funny now. I have such a strong physical connection to music. I FEEL the music in every nerve and cell of my being. I feel the music differently when my eyes are closed. I am trying to learn to keep them open while we are doing this but it is tough to go back. Any suggestions? We are here to learn, grow and change so thanks so much for the beautiful and gentle nudge.

You guys need to go on Maiden show, that's something special, i was 9 times, and never enough of live maiden, i was on many places, many shows, do crazy things, nice things, do everything, but nothing can't compare to the Maiden live experience, not even close... One when they hit thqt stage, we become one, audience and all of 6 maiden guys, and that conection is so special, so strong, and energy that goes from that is just pure magic, i really can't explain on another way, that's magic, pure energy with lot of respect love peace high dB waves of maiden music, just incredible, when on one side you have people who respect maiden so strongly, listen to for years, following band true years, weit to see it, and another side, yoi have that band, who respect all those things and do 120% every show to give fans perfects , very hard to explain, but for me that's magic, and everybody need to go at least one time in life to maiden show, just to be part of that for 2 ours, and have that energy in body for days aftwr show, really long comment amd i can go to tomorrow, but i think is enough 😂😂😂 sorry 😊 Love and Peace from yours supporter from Serbia ✌

I will say you guys are lucky. When Maiden tour the US the only city they typically ever play is right near you in Sunrise, I've made the 3 hour journey from Orlando to see them twice at BBnT. So if they ever come, you're right there.

I was introduced to Maiden as a 12 year old boy. They were the support act for Judas Priest in 1979. I'm now almost 52 and I'm just as big a fan now. Seen them numerous times and never been disappointed. Bruce in my opinion is the best frontman.

The first time I heard this song played live (2006) and the crowd started humming along with the intro I got goosebumps and shivers down my spine. This was the only time I've seen them out of the US. 2001 Rock in Rio. It was FREAKING NUTS!!! I was nowhere near the front. It was already packed when I got there.

Watching Iron Maiden on youtube live is a great experience. Nothing beats being there in person. I can vouch for them when I went to see them last year. Just get yourself to an Iron Maiden concert and you WILL be blown away.

I think dance of death is best in Dortmund, death on the road toure, back in 2oo3, they do so good performance, theatrical mystical, of that song, and panhandle too, from that show is perfect, en vivo is one of best maiden shows, but some song like, dance of death, panhandle, lord of the flies, no more lies are best play'd on that particular show, my opinion ofc, and longest out tone on halowed by the name by Bruce, it was like, ok his lounges, ok he don't have lounges my first reaction 😁, good show, bought of them... Maiden always delivers. In the golden age of Arena Rock they used to play 8-10 shows just here in Florida. Hope you guys got to see Motorhead before Lemmy moved on. Another band that had no idea how to disappoint.

I have been to U.D.O., Scorpions, The Hardkiss in my city Odessa, and nor long time ago i went to Kiev to see Disturbed. I honestly can say that these were the best things i ever saw and heard. I need to go to these performances more often.

That entire concert from start to finish is incredible. I first saw it on DVD when i was 14 and that was my first taste ever of iron maiden and it blew my mind i was like who the hell are these old farts and how the hell do they sound this amazing?!. I instantly fell in love with maiden and bought my first electric guitar. they've been my favorite band ever since. Please you guys in your spare time at some point you have to watch the entire show from start to finish you won't regret it!

I love maiden live and i allways love seeing "Eddy" and what design he is as he is different every tour.At the 7th son tour he was sitting on a throne with lazers shooting out of his eyes,then the thrown turned round and there was a giant Eddy about 30 ft tall! South American fans are special like that - particularly Brazilian and Argentinian crowds (I'm from Argentina, we're passionate about our music and our football/soccer!). For the perfect band/crowd symbiosis, check out AC/DC's concert in River Plate stadium in Buenos Aires... watching tens of thousands of fans jumping and dancing in unison to Highway to Hell, Hell's Bells and all their other hits takes you to another plane. Dream Theater will be making its way to Barcelona in July, where they will play at Rock Fest, a 3-day monster festival held every summer here with crowds upwards of 100,000 people. They're heading the lineup on the third day - can't wait!!!

This is the best live version. I get chills. If you get the chance, check out their latest concert on KZbin. This is a show they are bringing over from Europe so they have video. A Spitfire aircraft flies over the audience during Aces High. My boys are going this summer and they are pumped to see that.
