I was a huge thrash kid: Metallica, Anthrax, Slayer, Suicidal Tendencies, etc. At the time (late 80s), Iron Maiden felt kinda silly and dated (I was born in 75). Fast forward to my 40s, I started exploring them more, and I became a massive Maiden fanatic. Meeting the Eddie artist Derek Riggs and getting a custom Eddie doodle was one of my all time convention highlights.

Iron Maiden figures and statues are pretty much all I collect these days. The part that sucks is they opened the merchandising floodgates late in the game, years after I was really clamoring for it and had the disposable income to get it all. That said, I've got a fairly impressive collection: both (soon to be three) Knucklebonz statues, the upcoming Sideshow Powerslave mummy Eddie is on preorder, and I've got both McFarlane Eddies and all the NECA ones, including this one. Oh, and the Nemesis Now small busts, too. And the Art Asylum 18" figures and the Jack-in-the-Box. And most of the "clothed" ones too. Even a Lego Mummy Eddie. And the Funkos, of course. Oh, and can't forget the Clansman statue from the old official store. I've got a few.

Kyle, this one had me excited. I did hope it was an ultimate style figure just with extra accessories. The limited articulation is a little bit of a bummer. I do have the Neca Aces High Eddie and the Peice of Mind Eddie. My old room in my teens had a poster of the Number of the Beast that reacted to black light...ah many an hour was spent listening to metal and hard rock. I leave you with a quote - Scream for me Long beach 🤘!✌️

This is my favorite poster all time. I still have it even though corners are all torn up from being moved to several places. I’m ok with limited posing because I want this exact pose. My only issue is that wish the devil head would tilt up more so you can have him looking straight ahead.

I dont really like the pre-painted shadows on Eddie and the devil, or the weird colors on his shirt. They should have given us a proper white-ish shirt and a red devil. Bascially the only colors that are correct, is his jeans, when they're not painted with shadows. Neca keeps doing this. They also pre-painted shadows on that Powerslave lifesize bust, which looked terrible.

I love the Neca figures like Trooper and Aces High Eddie. I wish I had passed on this figure though. The little demon bends over too much and Eddie won't stay standing even with the foot peg. Really disappointed with Neca on this. These aren't action figures...it's more like baked-in pose figurines

I'm not a fan of iron maiden. I do love that iron maiden gives ppl more than their 💰 worth. I've never seen them in person. I have seen their live concert videos. What's cool about Eddie is he can blend into other toylines.

Iron Maiden, my favorite metal band of all time and it all started with the song Strange World from their very first album, damn that song brings back some good memories. Even though Paul Di'Anno's vocals are awesome you cannot compete with Bruce Dickinson, he took this bands to heights they never imagined when he joined the band. A shamePaul Di'Anno had suubstance abuse issued but a win for the band in the end. Hard to pick my favorite album, it's either Piece of Mind, Somewhere in Time, or The Number of the Beast. There are certain songs from each album that just hit hard, what is your favorite album Kyle?

All I care about is the accuracy of the figure. The face does not match the cover image. The mouth is the wrong shape and the hair looks matted down. This is a huge letdown.
