Iron Maiden opened my eyes to literature as i saw the World Slavery Tour at ten years old and then stated buying albums and learning of their inspirations. I dug into the history that they brought up, started reading STC, Poe and the like at ten / eleven years old. some was difficult to get into, but i would get books of collected works and look for easier ones to read and go back after i started getting the feel and hang of the language... it was amazing. They created a life long learner in me and in so doing my daughter...

Greetings and Love from Germany again 💚...thanks for this awesome and for me the ultimative best reaction to ROTAM i've ever saw. And i watched at least thousands. In this short time i've learned to know you a bit. To hang arround with you must be a funny time. Having a talk with you would be intressting, for sure. As i saw your thumbnail got me so hyped, i'm a MaidenManiac since 1985. The first time i saw the live performence of ROTAM was in 1988, to see full concerts was a rare thing back in the days. Maiden had releast their concert from the Long Beach Arena, California 1986 on VHS Video Tape. I never saw something like that before...and after. The second i got excited was the fact that i knew if somebody out there who would understand this song and can truly feel this live performence in the way i once did, it could be only you. And i was right. For me that's point of reaction videos. Finding the most similar (to mine) first reaction to my favorite songs. It's always like a time travel with 'Deja Vu ' feelings for me. Quite a nostalgic re-living of my first times, you know..😊 But dude, your face, your reaction when Bruce sang that line 'Water, Water, everywhere..' was priceless😅. I wasn't suprised that you came up with this line first. You have a great imagination. I dare to hope that you go on with Maiden for few miles. Some of my favorite story telling songs are the live versions of "When The Wild Wind Blows", "The Talisman", "Dance Of Death", "AlexanderThe Great"(Audio version), "Empire Of The Clouds", "Hell On Earth" (lyric video)...so, thanks again, buddy. I wish you a peaceful sunday 🌈 UP THE IRONS ✌

Its me again. I am not sure if you did this song video yet but incase you haven't i will leave the link below..So i have one more song video for you to watch from Iron Maiden it is the Live 1982 version of 'Hallowed Be Thy Name', it is considered to be the best rock video ever made, Bruce sings his butt off in this video. Pay attention to the long note in the beggining of the song, and the 2 long notes at end of song, they are 'EPIC'...The song is about a man being sent to the gallows to be hanged and he is looking back on his life. Most of Iron Maiden's songs are about an important event that has happened in history. So watch this video for sure, it is amazing !!! Ok here's the thing, you watched the wrong video, you should have watched the video from 1985...I will leave the video link below for you. You should also listen to the actual poem written by 'Samuel Taylor Colleridge' back in the 1700's, read by David Barnes, just so you can understand the song a little better, it is a bad-ass poem and my favorite. So if you are going to watch live videos of Iron Maiden always watch the older videos as they are so much better, because that is back when singer Bruce Dickinson's voice was at it's best. Many many people say that his voice is considered to be operatic, Bruce can hold a note longer than any other rock singer, his vibratos are amazing, not to mention his vocal range. In my opinion i think every other rock singer secretly wishes that they could sing like Bruce could back in his prime, whether they like him or not. We'll ok I hope you enjoy them...Thanks. ~Brian~ White Bear Lake, Minnesota 🤘🤘 Video Link Below: ============== kzbin.info/www/bejne/q53Jn31mephnnLc&si=ku44AwDyai5r9vNP Poem Link Below: ============== kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHa2goN5iZhqnZI&si=LJcO0MaXbfcRsW6g
