I love all the servo noises in this movie...everything was so much more realistic. In later movies they don't have this kind of attention to detail. If you think about it, a suit like that would have like 40 or more servos or some sort of motors in it. Would probably be a little bulkier too tbh, but Tony being a genius probably used some sort of high-torque pancake servos that he invented or something lol.

@@kitdelzer Yeah that's true. Also since I typed that original comment I realized servo motors can get pretty quiet. I am working on a robotics project and ordered 2 motors from china and 1 is super loud, and the 2nd is higher torque and speed, but really quiet. So yeah as smart as Stark is this is definitely something he could optimize over the years.

I just love the differences between the suit designs. Stane’s is so brutish and unrefined. It gets the job done but it will never be as advanced or sleek as Tony’s and that makes him enraged.

Agreed, especially as you can see their ideology in the suit designs, Tony’s is sleek and lacks any real note of anything outright dangerous. Iron monger is basically a walking tank with enough weapons to arm a small army. One is meant to focus on taking an enemy down the other to take them out.

It has serious speed issues and could be blown up with a few missiles and not even have the chance to scratch mk3. Yeah sure it wins in fisticuffs but it’s completely impractical for Tony to try to fight iron monger with fisticuffs
