The first Iron Marines was amazing. The graphics and colors were fantastic. The new Iron Marines also delivers beauty but I believe the graphics could be better. More attention to detail

Will you add pvp? If you do, have a large map with with each player on opposite sides with a total of 9 etherwat deposits on the map and a total of 6 starting army points (you cannot increase it) and in order to win destroy the enemy command center.

@Cookie monster heads up: I played it on veteran mode and it felt like I was playing a game made for toddlers. There hasn't been a part yet where I've needed to bump down the difficulty and it sucks I just wanted a game to challenge me like dark souls. Maybe it's just cause I'm only using Halford tho he's OP against large swarms of enemies

This game is a true sequel to the previous game: new units, new maps, new lore, new enemies and new cast of heroes. I had a lot of fun playing it. Though my current nitpick is is the constant crashing during the mission success screen and the map screen. I hope Ironhide can look into this problem and fix it soon.

@@chainjail4834 For the most part the gameplay is the same: You drop your hero in, build bases, deploy troops then go for the objective. After each mission you get exp for your hero and tech point for researching better things. But that is the end of the similarity as Iron Marine Invasion(IMI) has their units, heroes and tech tree reworked completey. Starting with the units: they now have their own default passive skills and can no longer aquire new one. For example in the first game your marines can throw grenade and buff their armor after reaching their final upgrade research. The same goes for other units. But in IMI, this has been scrapped and now they only have one passive which is capturing faster than other units. As for why this happens, I think Ironhide does this to give new units more playability. Second, the heroes and this one is very straight forward. In the first game, heroes have two active skill and one passive in their skill trees. Some are good while some are pretty lackluster. In IMI, all heroes 's skills are active skills that run on cool down: two basic skill and one ultimate, kind a like in kingdom rush origin. This change is okay with me and I have no complain about it. Finally is the tech research aspect of the game. Unlike the first game where researching take resources after playing a stage for payment, in IMI, this time the use the same system as heroes's exp bar. After each level up, you only get one upgrading point for choosing which tech is needed for the next mission , like in a rpg game. I have mixed feelings about this change however. On one hand, upgrading cost has been reduced to only one per unlocking or upgrading. But on the other hand, the rate which the resaerch exp bar goes to the next level is so slow, I argue it may even slower than your heroes's. And that thing is a in a league of its own. So there you go, some facts about the different between the first iron marine game and IMI.
