Iron nipper warm up (lifesaving nipper training)

The first training session of the Marines SLC (Durban's Addington beach) nipper season.
I tried the drone's cinematic mode, and then the 'active track mode', which you'll notice at 3:10 when the image becomes over exposed. I fixed this 10 seconds later.
Also note the key advantage of a good dolphin dive on exiting the swim to gain ground.
