I am loving your chill content, mature and obvious love for your Dad. And to see Chef Sursur in a home environment is incredibly entertaining. I've met him a few times, tableside, but these vids simply reaffirm my knowledge of his humourous, humble, loving, kind, and nurturing self. What a gem! You both are. The relationship they have is soooo amazing to witness and to see. Not a lot of these celebs have visibly noticeable good relationships. So seeing that someone who's got as much earned fame and lives a really well paid lifestyle, and still manages to both be there for his kids, and be very present in their day to day lives. It's a small pocket, but it's a pocket of hope that we will have better days possibly. 🥰

This dish is truly amazing. I love how he didn't go overboard with the number of ingredients but loads of accents (herbs, champagne, truffle, crispy bacon, apple juice). It was truly creative but "within the box" as in he did not just add things but rather transform them with little touches that added up to something amazing. Love it and the chill home vibe. Imagine if you were great friends with Jet and they were used to you coming over really often...that's the vibe I get. I hope this channel keeps going. It's therapeutic and really educational! One con though...makes me hungry

You are very blessed to have such a humble father. I love him and you dear Sir are your father's son and it shows. ❤ My mom was Asian and Walch Scottish British, she taught me how to cook like her mother. Her mother was Japanese and Alaskan Native. She also taught me to never allow my guests to leave hungry or broke so I make them food to either take home or we enjoy eating together, I also have gifts with small amounts of money available for visitors to take home. I have gift cards I bought for this year. My neighbors have been visiting me lately because I got sick a while ago and I prepared small gifts for them. I live in the United States and it's not common for people to have Asian traditions like I do, my neighbors thought I was odd at first but they are very kind and loving people. They accepted me as family and I have been living here since 2010. Mom passed away from cancer in 2015 and I am proud to keep her memory alive by sharing her with anyone who wants to listen. I miss her greatly and my stepdad. He was my best friend. He was my father because my birth father never cared enough to help raise my brother and I. I still love my birth father but I leave him to live his life and I don't have to worry about him judging me and being abusive to my community. He doesn't like unique people and he claims to be a Christian yet he behaves like a liar using God's name in vain. My duty is to live my life the best I can. I am a Buddhist Christian. I hold both christian and Buddhist beliefs, half of my family are. It's more common in Japan and I believe some places in Asian counties as well European around Africa. It's an old faith too. My mom taught me to be kind patient and a good friend to everyone. I listen and I learn. I am and always will be a child in God's eyes because I am always learning. ❤

Fresh frozen just means it was frozen within hours of being harvested. As for fish, it’s all frozen. They throw it into ice when they reel it in so it doesn’t spoil on the way back to shore. Unless you caught it yourself, you’ve only ever eaten frozen fish. Same for mass produced bread, at least in England, all the fresh loaves you buy are frozen for transport
