12:56 not if you use oratex, wing cover will weigh 1.3 lbs total not 7. Plenty of lbs left to cover the entire fuse and then some.

Who does one get to inspect their personal ultralight build? Someone from a local EAA chapter? It won't get a certification or anything after inspection will it, since it is a ultralight class anyways or?

An inspection is not required for an ultralight build, but an second set of eyes probably wouldn't be a bad idea, especially if they are an experienced builder. I'm sure the people in your local EAA chapter would be more than happy to lend their expertise if you were to ask for it
