This isn't on Saber. Creatively, a lot of these kinds of games are on a very tight leash from GW. Considering the context of the operations is around the Ultramarines Second Company doing stuff, they likely wouldn't let Focus put Chaos Marines in there. Sure we can put our customisable marines in there, but they're also just skins on top of the core group of Straban, Quartus, etc... It's not fair, but if the devs could they likely would, it's just GW.

There is alot of time and financial constraints too, thats why saber devs saw the potential of mods and instead of sticking a cease and desist (as GW is known to do) they are releasing modding tools on the near future. Once that happens, the game potentially will change alot thanks to it.

They’ve already stated they have no intentions on implementing playable Chaos marines in any PVE content as it wouldn’t make sense to the lore of the game.

I mean the main campaign is The Blue guys. And I know that when you do operations, you’re basically still the blue guys but they let you customize. Isn’t that breaking the exact “lore” that keeps them from customizing everything else?

@@asd1245d and what? They are the space marines too. You can play as a Chaos marine in PVP. So why not? WH40K: Space Marine 1 had two different PVE modes for both factions.

I feel like Saber did not set itself up to exploit success. The CEO said himself they had to sit down and talk about what this (the games success) means and what to do next. They could release one or two highly successful plot DLCs for this. No plans to do so. Too bad, because this game is pure crack.

Are these all the Vanguard Khorne armor? Or are there different versions for different classes? I prefer to play Bulwark, but a Khorne Bulwark would be awesome. EDIT: Yep, all Vanguard. I wish we had other classes with the armors of all the Chaos Factions so we could pick and choose who we wanna rep while still playing our favorite classes.
