This is the way I’d build a nice old classic like that…. Sure,change it to your liking, but not so in the future you couldn’t put it back to relatively stock. Maybe keep it and pass it on down to your kid for a first bike on day… would be a hell of a bike for them to learn on huh?

If you were going for that kind of look, you should have done a duckbill fender and talk to a little further in to where it has that flip out at the top just my opinion to each his own you got all bad ass bikes keep doing what you’re doing brother, I respect it

if you have a dealers license cant you get a dealer tag? or do those cost a lot? i must say the no fender look looks good but i hate getting road grime all over me lol. glad you are putting fenders on it. the wheels did clean up nice. my son works at a pet store...he is always trying to bring something home lol. he has a corn snake and a ferret named Luna. cant remember the snakes name. he also has 2 gerbles or hamsters i forget which. good vid

Those Ironhead electric starts in the switch housing are so fucking finicky get rid of it and put a kicker only on it. Trust me you won’t regret it.

wet sand 320 grit, 600, 800,1000,2500,3000...... Then Polish with white Rogue then black then red. i used white diamond chrome cleaner for the final wipe down

Love the vids man. Question if your willing. I’m working on an Ironhead chopper right now. - S&s carb (.29 idle jet / 62 main) - really short pipes Starts up great. But even at initial idle the rear cylinder runs much hotter than the front. Even the exhaust air runs hotter. I’ve rechecked my valves and intake leaks. Any ideas? Am I worrying too much?! Thank man! You’re lucky it’s electric start, mine was kick only and was a bitch to start 😓
