I remember this past summer I was out in the garage working and my wife came out and said. It's your health insurance company they want you to say in your voice that you canceled.. no I was turning 65 and I was going on Medicare.. so I did I said to cancel and well as it turned out somehow they canceled my wife's medical insurance.. that just reminded me when she came out and said something about someone on the phone.. yeah sometimes phone calls in the middle of something somehow gets screwed up I swear

your 32E is over charging they are hard to reg. switch that 32E over to two brush gen. and use a electronic reg. that fits under your cut out cover and it stays 6 V theres other things to do also typing isnt my thing trying to explain HAPPY TRAILS

Don you are the man I totally overlooked that the day it happened, but that makes perfect sense. It’s overcharging and boiling up the acid and not over venting like I said like a dummy.!!! 😂. Like three years ago I had to make sure that my brushes were adjusted to their maximum output and I forget what that number is , but I checked and it was there because I was having a charging issue but not because of the generator at that time, I just had to rule out the generator, my problem that time was my cut out relay!! But thank you for pointing me in the direction of what to troubleshooting and looking into ways of possibly converting over, like you said. Again, thank you so much for your info you’re the man. 👍🍺

Entertaining video Slick. Thanks! I got rid of that vented 6 volt battery in my 59 and good fuckin ridence. I replaced it with a 6 volt sealed lead acid battery. (Its the same size as the origional vented leakers) after it fucked up the chrome on a really nice origanal muffler. Its amazing cant kill it after years of use with no leals. I bought it at the Oley swap meet of a guy named Geoff Erdos. I cant find his number I must have lost it. I dont know if that battery is still made anymore I know it cant last much longet lol.

I’m a member of the rmc motorcycle club which sits right next to the Oley swap meet, which I go to every year ! man I wish you had that guy‘s phone number because they don’t make a sealed 6 V battery anywhere
