I really like the Great Escape, although not a proper war movie. Btw, Hell Let Loose is on sale, you recommend me getting it? I play squad 44 but I'm sort of forcing myself to like it, my favourite ww2 game is Red Orchestra 2 and I totally miss that balance between realism and grittiness but in smaller maps where more action is granted. HLL I hear is kind of like that and thanks to your videos you really sell it as it looks like a very classy game, but most of people this days seem to shit a lot on this game and I dunno, don't wanna spend 30 bucks on a cowadoody arcade multi-player. You still recommend it, skins and all?

@@jonathank5841 Hey! I also played Red Orchestra 2 - great game. I do recommend Hell Let Loose if you like Squad 44, Hell Let Loose like Squad 44 relies on good comms and squad's working together. Some times you get a good group of complete randoms who use their mics and you'll have a great time, sometimes you will get matches where few people speak - it can be hit and miss but if you find servers you like and start playing with the same group of players you'll have a lot of fun. Personally I also enjoy the progression system in HLL, unlocking new loadouts and cosmetics. HLL isn't as milsim-esque as Squad 44 but still pretty gritty and more hardcore than an arcadey shooter.

Speaking as a fellow youtuber I'm curious on how you record your footage. Do you record the whole game and then filter out the best moments or do you have another better technique?

Hello fellow KZbinr! I used to record the whole match and then edit that down but I quickly found my storage space getting filled up. So instead I know record through out the match but will purposefully stop and start recording to capture specific clips. For example if I manage to kill some dudes and take out their outposts when I get a chance to take cover I will stop the recording and then start it again. That way I know I have a clip of that particular moment. It makes editing easier because I’m working with smaller video files rather than one massive one and I can easily delete any clips which don’t include anything worth putting on KZbin. I hope that helps!
