That sword is for the flaming katana you need some Undines Cloth to get a quest from it.

What a nice argument about why you didn't pick Brawler/Bucc as your class for this series. Nonetheless, as far as functionality goes both Transform and Super Transform are kind of "unreliable" for them to be cornerstones of your playstyle (at least considering the vanilla version of both skills). The only benefit they give is the ability to temporarily cast Shockwave (3rd job) and Demolition (4th job), but Shockwave is a pretty lame mobbing skill and Demolition suffers from a severe animation delay for both of them being worthy at all. And if you add the sizable cooldown both transformation skills have then it can become too frustrating to be viable. Nonetheless, you can opt out of using Transformation/ST at all with a Bucc and still be decent thanks to the amount of iFrames they can squeeze out of their skills. Additionally I don't know if your version of the game supports Cygnus Knights, but IMO Thunder Breakers are a direct upgrade to Buccs except by the imposed level cap of 120 because they do offer complimentary skills to make up for the inconsistencies of the Adventurer's counterpart and gives them an identity while maintaining the concept. Just as a finishing touch I can tell you that I barely soloed Zakum as a lvl 120 TB without using Transformation at all and spending pretty little potions all thanks to the iFrames (and perfect 10 % gear 😅). Thats insane you were able to solo zakum at lvl 120! I figured the transformations were the bread and butter of buccs but its good to hear thats not the case, i appreciate the explanation. Theres no cygnus knights in the version im playing but im really enjoy my bandit rn
