Great recap! I spent 6 months traveling through NZ in my twenties and ended up staying most of the time in Wanaka, where I believe Braden Currie lives with his family. That place is the closest thing I've ever seen to heaven on earth! Though I wasn't doing endurance training at that time so don't know what it's like for training. And it's some way off from Taupo. Anyways. Best wishes!

Great video! Question - with regards to preparing for Nice, do you plan to do your regularly planned Ironman training, or will you train specifically for the elevation and technicality of the course?
