I would argue that’s the best Ironman run split ever considering the elevation and pace. Really want to see you smash it in Kona

Joey, being dat its a given dat 1st and 2nd @ Kona will be respectively KB & GI, what are your TRUE chances of possibly getting 3rd? Is your BELIEF strong enough to attain 3rd place? Great effort @ Wales! Great job pacing of Harry Palmer on the bike, dat surely saved your legs for the run. Go get er done Joey, be dat Junk yard Dawg to get 3rd behind the Norway Express A great Sage of Kona, states very few win Kona and those dat do have the attribute of "Tenaciousness", all others are "Doubters". From what I'm hearing in this video, I hear "Doubt". Your doubting yourself because of the "HEAT" factor in Kona. Your correct that Ironman is awful in paying all ya'll Pros. It is a racket and they are greedy, they make their Money via age-groupers participating in all these events they are providing around da world. PTO is Da true way for pros to make money. Too bad Kona won't sell Ironman to PTO. It shall happen at some point. All Ya'll Pros should protest and not participate in Kona. Just an idea, Da Junkyard Dawg can be the Spearhead towards this movement. All Da Best Joey, recently KB in a video on a German site, stated to the one interviewing him that: "He is feeling better than when he won St George, UT", and they arrived at Kona on Tuesday 20Sep2022 to get familiar with corse and conditions. They are Tenacious not Doubters. GG!
