I used to be a static leader in Final Fantasy XIV. I can completely understand what she means by it's hard to plan. Spreadsheets were my lifeline and even then it sucked.

That's actually a good comparison that some people might understand. Trying to organize collabs between streamers is basically the same as trying to organize a guild raid in an MMO. You're all playing the same "game" but that doesn't mean you all play it at the exact same time.

There's a lot that goes into scheduling. Mainly all of the uncertainty factors and given Mouse. Her bonus factors doesn't help. Even in the same Time Zone. It's rough when things are uncertain.

Thats not a twitch vs youtube issue. Thats a culture and personal responsibility issue. It is an issue of people commiting to their commitments. When you are asked to be part of something. Never agree to it if there is even a sliver of a chance that the situation might change. Or have some principles and say... Sorry i have this other thing i have to do and i already agreed to it. And its poor manners to just turn a yes into a no because this other thing entices me. Just be honest. Some streamers just are unreliable. Have them hold some personal responsibility for themselves.

They just have to get into a habit of using a Calendar, like Outlook for everything, or Google Calendar, now it's accessible on their phone. When I worked on an office my entire workday revolved around my Calendar and my email filters That is not a Twitch thing, that is an Indie versus corpo thing. Guarantee you Calli uses a Calendar of some sort, same with Connor because he has to schedule Mouse collabs, KZbin shoots and Trash Taste

They're not.....but they're doing a "stamp rally event" competition within Vshojo right now, where they have to try to collab with each member and there's rules set to keep it fair.
