Personally, I've never liked the 33 and later without fenders, yet, you're finessing the metal once again provides a lesson in "wait and see". It's looking bitch-en!!!

Love what you did with the blisters, Matt. 👍 I'm a fan of blisters with a full hood (top and sides) to "connect" the body together. But without hood sides, the blisters kind of just float out there on their own. A nice clean, tapered frame rail with a rounded end is the traditional, "hot rod" way to go.

Pressure and heat has, and still does form everything in this world. Nice job. But take it from an old timer. You need to cover your hands from the arc UV. Later in your life you will find out how the heat your using will form you life and it won't be good. When was working in the same garage as my buddy was welding, a lot. Just the reflection off the walls was enough had me going to the ER with sun burn eyeballs. ER Dr knew right away what had happened. They put some drops in your eyes and if they turn orange they are bunt. Looked like I had pumpkin eyes. Work safe.

Look at all that material flying into the spark plug wells while grinding. Hopefully I just do not see the plugs in the heads. If I had watched to the end, I would see the motor was mocked up. lol

It appears you have hard mounted the radiator. IMO You should reconsider hard mounting the radiator. Thru years of experience, many have found the rad will fail in spite of allowing it to float at the top. The rad is not designed to absorb the vibration it is going to experience. IMO Put the effort in now rather than later.
