mate im in this position right now haha it's literal hell, cold water stops it for a bit then it returns like hell again, its the helplessness of realizing not even painkillers do sh*t that truly destroys all hope.. im getting my 2nd tooth ripped out tomorrow hopefully and im only 22 bruhh
