​@@vinayyadav9188if you don't get it treated it will rot all the way down and then tissue starts growing out from your tooth where the cavity is and holding bacteria and it is so painful do not let it get to this point it can also spread to your heart and damage your heart valves or give you a brain abscess if it gets infected bad enough because it gets in your bloodstream eventually
