Hey JB, go get a denso or Bosch and put it on the self. The reman stuff is trash, we have had to grab a reman when we were busy but the alternator was dead in 18months

A possible solution for your middle pin greasing could be drill a hole up the pivot pin and then an intersecting hole to take it out to bushing . Could possibly make a stress point where the pin could crack , but it's not uncommon to see in many applications as you probably already know.

Was going to go that way but have drilled the bush and will have an external grease line.

Sciatic nerve issue since 2016. 55 now and it’s now impacted my right knee and hip from compensating. Pain and numbness varies from a bearable 3 to leg folds under me 10…..I feel for you mate.
