you forget to mention that the onetime forgiveness should be done by the end of you last payment for the debt.. or after you get the panelty forgiveness, they will continue charging interest/fees after that forgiveness

This is true, though if you request the one-time forgiveness once for a year, you can request it again for that year once you've paid off the debt in an IA and get those additional penalties abated. IRM 20.1.1.3.3.2.1(14).

Because I can’t afford to. I’ve been having taxes ripped out of my a55 since 2002 and I’ve never owed as much as I do now because I checked the wrong box on a W2 at a third job. Furthermore I don’t see any point in paying for something I’m not getting any benefit from because I’m not Ukrainian or an illegal alien when I have ACTUAL bills up to my eyeballs (hence the three jobs). Since you got your taxes all squared away I sincerely hope your car breaks down so you can have a couple thousand dollar surprise land in your lap too bud 😉
