I took the redbirds 7 train once back on Christmas ‘99 and I’m from Boston. It’s a shame I didn’t get to experience Redbirds on the express.

I miss the 7 Train Redbirds I always take it with my mom and dad as a kid back then when I was in elementary school until it retired back 2003 and R62A took over and those have been replaced by R188

My uncle told me when he was in high school and he would take the 7 train a lot like when he needs to go to Manhattan he takes the 7 to Grand Central and Time Square and other places like in Mets Willets Point to see a baseball game at Shea Stadium (it's now Citi Field) and other places like 74th St to transfer to the E,F,G and R and go other places and now he doesn't take the 7 as much because he has a car now for some reason
