Aunty, I seasoned directly by frying in castor oil with onion, after washing well with salt and lemon ...instant seasoning it is 🙂though it it is not traditional seasoning, dosas come very well..time saver

Madam this is wrong way tob crubb in metal...We don't use metal scrubber.. Use green scoh bright scrubber.. Not to use heavy scrubber.. It will spoil the iron tava... Search in website how to maintain castiron and seasoning.. For better information..
