1 thing I would like to ask is, can we not get the PNP certificate for that particular Province from where we graduated. I believe most provinces made these eligibility criteria for PNP if you graduated or have a job offer from that particular province. I'm confused, please help!

You can get it from province you graduated in but I believe you need some work experience to be eligible for that specially in small provinces. Major provinces like Ontario or Bc may have a slightly different criteria. I recommend checking website of each province

I think we can apply for bridging work permit if your work permit is about to expire before your pr decision and you can continue working the way you already are. Not so sure about this. But if that does not work you can stay on visitor visa or you can leave Canada. But visitor option is good
