i am next months in Vegas, where is best place i can buy those or any nba packs (in best case) for retail? Walmart?

This is a hobby box, so the best place to buy in Vegas would be a hobby shop. Walmart would not have this. I recommend Paradise Card Breaks, or Legacy Sports Cards! Good luck!
