Wow - that numbered Ant Man was probably my favorite card, too. I'm liking last years design more I think. I don't like them not listing the players first name for this year's set. Just the fist initial and last name seems kinda lazy in my opinion.

Awesome series idea, Bob! I'm all for the yearly evolution comparison. 😁👍🏻👌🏻 I'd (personally) love to see a Court Kings aesthetics update from one year to the next. Recon was a top choice, I love the look and design on this year's base cards, the inserts (especially Vector) are stunning regardless. I wish they were cheaper here in Australia. In fact, I'm really disappointed that Panini hasn't release an Illusions set. I miss their affordability and pizzazz. 😢

I think last year recon tried to be a bit more electric but now they want to have wemby’s color’s on the cards. I like this year by a slither of a hair though. 😂😂

Fun video! I really liked recon last year but this year's blew it out of the water. I love that they have more numbered inserts since last year i think the only #'ed inserts were either /10 or 1/1 and #'ed vectors slap so hard. The design of the base cards are better, the addition of the rookie portraits is awesome...the only downside to any set this year is that you can't chase top rookie autos
