I agree. I live outside of the US and is visible how much several other countries are interested in btc in order to ditch the dollar and lessen the dependecy of US currency. BTC as a global exchange form of value will change the CORE of the system. I don't think the US should print fiat to buy btc but, for sure they should go strong with the strategic reserve.

The fact that the US is in serious debt is all the more reason why the Gov should be buying BTC with fiat. My suggestion is for the Gov to convert all their gold into BTC. No "spending" needed.
