Is 3.0 Xbow Cycle still viable? In the most recent Balance Changes of Clash Royale, the Evolved Archers were nerfed, and the Evolved Tesla got a rework. In today's video, I push to Top 1000 in the world with the deck after the balances have taken effect. What do you think of the state of the deck?

Reckon most optimal xbow deck atm is normal 3.0 but lp instead of archers e spirit instead of ice spirit simply bc lp gets much more value than archers mainly bc of health nerf, also lp plus guardian is also quite nice as pressure/ threat due to ability. Evos I’m using r skeles due to all the giant decks cause they can get good value and of course evo Tesla. As usual W vid 😘

I feel like this is the best xbow meta since years, right now 10 days from season end xbow is the most played cycle wincon in top 200 (22 decks), and third most played wincon slightly behind gy(24 decks) and giant (69 decks). 13 of them run lp, 6 run evoarchers and hunter is the only one using icebow. xbow is currently more played than miner, RG, gob barrel, pekka, lava, drill in top200. I frequently keep track of deck usage in top 200 and this is the highest xbow usage I ever seen as xbow rarely surpass 10 decks (last season end was 4). Some trends change the last day of the season, but generally the change is that the most broken deck gets played even more, so I expect giant to reach 50% usage lol. IMHO xbow is not strong, I think it got better thx to tower troops and evolved tesla while other popular cycle decks got worse. Also xbow usage is not really much higher than lava, gob barrel, drill as they are all around 20, so I can expect that xbow would no longer be the first non-giant wincon at the end season. I think that for at least this month we can stop saying "xbow is dead", it look like it's decent right now.

Giant needs a nerf but 3.0 is kind of dead. LP 3.0 icebow or even Xbow Princess are just better, especially in the recent metas.

The problem is how much you have to pay to be able to compete. I don’t have dutchess, I don’t have evo Tesla. I don’t have LP to try new variants either. The game has forced me out of my main deck and I can’t compete with the new meta. It’s annoying but sad. I used to love CR but I can’t justify spending money to only to have the cards I spent money on be nerfed the next season.

It's sad ngl. I had magic items saved up from pre-10$ pass. Managed to max my LP and Duchess. I had like over 2.5M gold too btw. Might try out Xbow again since I have evo knight,archers, and skeletons
