almost every single unit seems a lot weaker this set when you compare it to the previous sets. there's a reason why cruel pact is so bad this set lol there've been so much more cases of people taking cruet pact on 2-2 and dying before stage 3. some units are just underwhelming. a couple of them are good and maybe slightly overtuned but in general they seem pretty weak.
