Hearing you explain your thought process on exploitative sizings/when to check to allow bluffs, etc. is really nice for seeing how much you have improved at the game!

Thanks a lot mate! Feel I've regressed a bit but this was when I was studying regularly and feeling good.

I had a stretch where I didn't stack a single individual for 3k hands playing 5nl fastfold on ignition. Not a single all in preflop unless it was AA or KK. 25nl fastfold is a night and day difference.

Sometimes it goes that way lad!

3 k hands 😂 you guys are so funny wait till the next downswing and see how different your play is from NL10. The stakes are not the problem if you can’t handle the variance.
@SamiElHyadi2 жыл бұрын
@@nicolozaniolobedankt I grinded 5nl with 25bb/100 over 50k hands before moving up to 25nl. My winrate did not change significantly after I moved up. I now play 50nl fastfold comfortably. It's not alot of money, but I am proud of every big blind.

Would the AQs be better as a jam pre with all the dead money or would it be better if it was AQo? Feel like I've seen this spot and AQ prints ev in that spot but I could be wrong 🤷♂️
@eastyyy222 жыл бұрын
I thought about it and I think it's super reasonable, but had BB tagged as a nit so didn't think he would have 4b folds or 4b calls with worse. That's why assumptions are dangerous!

Didn't see the tag. Either way thank you for the content. You seem happier at 50nl. Forget that bankroll challenge bs

Am I supposed to see a difference between 50NL and 10NL? Because I really don't see a single one, pool is just as purple. So why do you like 50NL better? Maybe fewer bumhunts because they don't want to stick in 50 bucks with 72o? Is that why you're calmer?
@eastyyy222 жыл бұрын
Because if I lose, I'm not further constrained to playing 10nl until I've navigated the minefield for long enough to make $1000 without rakeback with all my results laid bare to a mostly vindictice audience 😅. Basically when it's not the challenge it's just about improving and that's calming.

I mean if you saw the redline of the guy it's against you would understand. He is a member of my Discord and probably the single biggest blaster I've ever seen. My call is about right at the frequencies I chose, and I'd like to call quite a bit more often than theory against him.
@Hildreth11012 жыл бұрын
This is one of my main value hands in this spot, aside from low freq AQ Turn Xs and AA. I'd probably pure bet everything above that in my value range OTT, as for my bluffs I will bluff JJs/TTs close to pure when I don't bluff them OTT, I will overbluff OTR with all my missed SC junk, 54s is pure betting Turn but there is 65, 76, 87, 98, T9s so I probably have about 30 combos of bluffs vs likely 10-15 value so it's actually not a bad call at all, though lot of my bluffs will inevitable have Jx in them but good thing about Jd is I would in reality bluff Jx a lot OTT anyway so in the B-X-B line I will be overbluffing in general. However vs Nick I will probably take some of the worst bluffs and give them up knowing he is likely going to call closer to balanced than most the pool that'd fold 90% of their Range OTR but in reality I don't think I could help myself, so chances are I might split my Range and use a 70% river sizing with some of the air and value bet AA + some Ax. Most of Nick's X range is Kx and Qx + some Ax, so I think my own Ax can potentially value bet with the right removal vs a capped range. But TL:DR this isn't really a punt call, it's really close or winning depending on what I actually do.
