I remember when 4* came out and barely had any 3* people yet. Now to have 6*g the same year it comes out. Mind blowing to me how far I've come playing the game.

Man, being able to obtain the badges and shards to evolve a specific fighter to 6 stars (whether bronze, silver or gold) in addition to facing one with 6 silver or higher is already difficult, I can already imagine what it would be like. with the 7 stars (And I started in October 2023) so op

Well you certainly got everyone talking 😂 That’s a good thing though! I imagine Scopely already has future moves built in and hidden. Then they just unlock the 7 star moves for everyone, then unlock the 8 star moves and so on. It’s not as huge an undertaking as it may seem.

I love when you make videos like these. I strongly believe that 7S are a possibility since other games have done it. Nonetheles, a 6SD/6SP wouldn't be a bad idea whatsoever either. The power scaling is inevitable. We didn't have a Dynamic 9 event, but whose to say that we don't we get one again? Whenever the rollout happens, there will be signs pointing towards it, hence why they're making these new tokens available to hoard. Nonetheless, let's continue to enjoy what we have right in front of us. Keep up the amazing content, broski!!!

I've been very adamant that once they roll out 7 star I'm done! I've played this game from almost the start, and it's a sad thought to me. However it's just been too exhausting getting new tokens and limited shards for certain guys you want to evolve, but cannot because of limited rosters in said class type. They've overcomplicated the game by extreme measures, no pun intended... but I think you get my drift. I'm in a top 25 faction, and many others feel the same way as I do in our branches. Mherex, this is a great wakeup call, and if you have any power or influence at all I'd highly suggest you take my comment up to Scopely. Which i know is a shot in the dark... however I'm speaking for the masses like me who have put so much money and time in the game as a veteran player, and there's very little return anymore. There next move is going to define the longevity of this company.

When the straps were introduced I almost quit back then. I felt there's just too many things now to handle. I wish I had quit, would have saved me a lot of money and time lol. But I think 7 stars is where I will be stopping my playing.

@@R3s3rv3r Yeah, there have been a couple times like that for me. I admit I've spent waaaay more on this game than I would have liked. But with "premium" cards becoming worthless in months now as opposed to being able to use them for awhile, the money grab has gotten even worse somehow.

At some point 7* is absolutely the next progression. The idea that it won't happen is almost silly. I think they could add another piece similar to trainer/ coach, belt/ plate, synergy, etc. They did belts before 5* and i believe something else will come before 7*. What it is, who knows. I dig the content though. I like opinion prices

I thought this wouldn't have been too indulgent or asking for a lot, but if we evolved to add a star, couldn't we have unlocked two moves instead of one? In that way, there would be more moves that worked for a superstar optimally and have a 'nothing' move on the side.

I still think that lots of people are struggling to get all their favorite stars to 6gs. I like bringing some of my people up that I don't use all the time. and getting trainers up

I agree that there will be something after 6sg. As someone that has been around since the beginning of the game, if I remember correctly, it’s about 2 years between each star rarity, ie 5sb and then about 2 years later 6sb. Watever is next, based off the past would be sometime in the June to August time frame.

I like the sound of Platinum!! 😅. Love these kinds of videos! I really value your opinion, so please do make more of these if you want. Adding another move for so many characters and balancing it out just seems like a ton of work for Scopely. It makes more sense to do what Marvel Strike Force did, and make the yellow stars into red stars when you upgrade to give stat increases. Eventually, that maxes out and goes to diamonds for more stat boost. That seems more likely, to me, than a 7 Star anytime soon.

I do like the idea of talking about community chatter, the game is very spread out and kind of quiet and it feels like not that many folks talk about the current state of the game, only describe the events to each other, so i feel like some kind of talk back or temperature check on the community could be nice

I like your idea better than them adding 7 star rarity, I can imagine how a new player would feel starting the game and see a 7 star poster and can't do much and stop playing the game. I think they would have to make it easier for them obtain 6sb posters at least.

I've been waiting on Armor II plates. I feel like its the only way to back down from the gem damage meta. It seems like all of the universal moments have 50% gem defense built into them for some time now.

I like your idea of a platinum version. Although recently I've noticed changes in the trainer skills of the old stars. Which could overlap with the new platinum 6s. So that players have to The ability to get the highest percentage damage for a given star. Although I think the moves can be changed when upgrading, e.g. to 6s platinum, gaining an additional skill. If this were the case perhaps it would be possible to revive the older stars. 7sb I doubt they will implement it quickly, it will become monotonous,

They are more likely to make a 7s than either add a move to a signature set (so you can use 4 instead of 3, if that's what you mean) or adding a fourth colour. The problem with such a proposal, as great as they are, is to completely rework the game, because of the intertwining complexities and behavours of the current gameplay, you'll end up with a new game. I completely agree with you as your idea will liven the game up a lot; the reality is that it's just going to happen K

On the development stand point Mherex what's better if we were able to use a 4 move sets now that would be amazing to see as much as we all try to get our move sets up to gold standard in each lvl it would be great to see all our hard work pay off with a 4 move set up

Do you think there'd ever come a time that they'd stat squish? Kinda like the other WWE game Supercard has done? I know specifically for them, the numbers were just getting so high that it was too much, and the number squish REALLY helped things. But what do you think?

theory crafting.. enjoyable.. dont feel as if it would come that soon as we havent been in 6s gold meta for that long.. typically it feels its about a year, year and half we see a new meta creep in.. which if they do 6s plat or 6s diamond or even 7.. we would see a new meta somewhere.. feel as if we would see a new gem type before anything..

Getting good 6sb characters is already extremely difficult to achieve let alone 6ss and 6sg. I dont think i will continue playing. I can't imagine the game being fun anymore. 12,000 shards to get 6sg. 7 star just seems insurmountable and will only kill the game for good as most f2p and moderate spenders have no chance at all when they will have to spend all their resources for required characters for MLCs. We all know the game is going to end eventually. Ive been around since the pre-entourage days. The game has almost no strategy anymore. New moves are all about clearing the board and gem swipes are becoming a rarity. Powercreep has been wwwaaayyy to fast and don't think the game will survive much longer. I'll see the required resources and look at the hundreds of characters I've always wished to get to 6 star but are now obsolete and are all stuck at 5*.

Not sure why, but I feel like whenever they do roll out 7s that will be the time for me to leave the game behind. Been playing since launch. I would rather see them try and add more match variety or even challenges before they introduce a new star mechanic.

Always glad to listen to opinion pieces. Gives me a new way to sit back and access things 99% of the time. Aside from that though, I wholeheartedly wish they would just turn the Servers off for a week, two weeks, a month, whatever it took before launching another "X* Rarity", and just fixed some of the bigger issues that we go through on the daily resets, the launches of new MLCs, and so on and so forth. I know a lot of things were/are being fixed with these past updates, and this most recent one being released, but I feel like a mini-shutdown and revamp could do wonders. (Might be in the minority there, but *SHRUGS* oh well!) Lol.
