Now, tbh I don't even know what I really look like right now. First, I have a really bad eyesight, which might be the problem but I look different when I see myself in pictures, videos and in the mirror with and without glasses. (which means it's my original vision) I'm confused about myself of how I really look like, I even sometimes think I'm ugly or pretty at the same time, I just don't get it. It's like I don't even know my real self.

I’m currently one year into my bodybuilding journey and everytime I look in the mirror, I can see an obvious V-taper and I get satisfied, but when I’m filling myself for analyzation, I get depressed because my waist is suddenly ten times wider and my V-taper just disappears. I agree with you but what gets me thinking is “you hear what you want hear” like those audio clips that you can hear two different words depending on the word shown while listening. Just take a selfie with the selfie cam and then mirror it. That's how someone who was looking at you while standing in front of you would see you. I discovered that after taking a selfie in my car. When I looked at the selfie it looked as if I was sitting on the wrong side of the car and I realised that that is not the way another person would see me if they were standing in front of me, looking at me. So I flipped it and it does make a little difference but not much.

The explanation is that we have a stupid brain that can’t multitask and we get to used to one thing, mirror image or photo(how other ppl see us) is not much difference , if you look good in mirror, you look good to others too, same thing with your recorded voice sounds ugly to you and normal to others, also this applies in music, when a rock band change their singer almost everyone will not like it but thats not because its worse in most cases but because our brain got used to that sound and we like it, stupid animals we are😂

@@freecss9330you don’t need evidence, you can test it yourself, make two photos of yourself using the phone camera and snapchat camera, snapchat shows mirror image while normal phone camera shows how other sees it, then show both photos to more people and ask them in which photo you look better , you’ll see they won’t notice much difference, only you will see much difference if your face is not simmetrical cause your brain is not used to see your face that way, for the voice it’s easier to test it out, just record yourself and ask other people how you sound in real life and recording and they will say that you sound the same but to you the recording will sound much different cause your brain is not used to that sound bcz when you talk you hear the voice inside your head so to speak and it sounds different.
